Our room was on the concierge floor - great view of the city - a balcony off the
room. Concierge lounge served breakfast; snacks and beverages during the day;

After fleeing from the Empress, we arrived at the hotel at 11am in the morning
thinking we would be lucky just to be able to park. Instead they checked us in
early, giving us an upgraded room (from lower to upper floor) and our time at
