Walk able and comfortable hotel right on the water. The
water view rooms are nicer of course. the hotel is clean
and comfortable and the walking path into the inner

It's clean, in a good location, staff was very nice,
internet was actually at a good speed. If I come back to

From Swartz Bay Ferry or Victoria Airport
Follow Hwy 17 southbound towards Victoria. When you
reach the downtown district Hwy 17 becomes Blanshard
Street. Turn right onto Belleville Street. Just past the
Legislative Buildings turn left onto Menzies Street,
then right onto Kingston Street. The hotel is at the
corner of Kingston Street and Montreal Street.
Sea Plane and Helijet Terminals offering harbour to
harbour service from Vancouver or Nanaimo, are located
