Park Royal has the distinction of being Canada's first
covered mall. It is located just
west of the Lions Gate Bridge in West Vancouver at the corner of Taylor Way and
Marine Drive.
Park Royal Shopping Centre currently markets itself as five star shopping and
has undergone significant changes to attain this.

Although Park Royal has a diverse mix of stores ranging from Tidey Lock and Key
Ltd. to The Body Shop, it revels in its role as a destination for the
fashion-conscious shopper. With over 40 fashion stores including The Gap, Jacob,
Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer, and Talbots, there is something for every clothes
buyer.
Park Royal's more than 250 shops and services include Le Chateau, popular with teens, Roots, Aveda, Aritzia,
a very popular women's boutique, and several sporting goods stores.

The Village at Park Royal

 The Village at Park Royal, adjacent to West Vancouver's Park Royal Shopping
Centre and is
pedestrian friendly featuring a "Main Street", front-of-store parking and wide
landscaped sidewalks. The architecture of the Village is designed to honour the
cultural history of the Westcoast and recall the turn of the century fishing
villages. It features Whole foods, a
boutique Home Depot and many other name brand stores.

Side

The North side hosts retail giant The Bay, along with stores such as London
Drugs, and Coast Mountain Sports.

|
South Mall anchor stores include: Extra Foods, Sportchek, Coast Mountain Sports,
Future Shop, Winners, and Staples Business Depot. As part of Park Royal's recent
brand re-positioning into five star shopping. The food fair, which features
modern contemporary architecture, offers multiple high definition plasma
screens, and a fireplace

Directions to Park Royal Mall

| To get to Park Royal, cross the Lions Gate Bridge. When you exit the bridge, go
west to the first intersection, and you're there. From Horseshoe Bay, go south
at the Taylor Way exit to Marine Drive. Park Royal is on your right in two
buildings one on either side of Marine Drive at the corner of Taylor Way. |
