TALIAN INSPIRED WOOD-FIRED CUCINA
A winding stone staircase leads the way from bustling Robson Street to this
celebrated Vancouver dining room, acclaimed for its contemporary cuisine and
award-winning wines. The elegant curved marble bar is a central feature,
accented by stone walls adorned with fine art and tall arched windows opening
onto a secluded terrace.
CinCin's warm, comfortable décor, high ceilings and arched windows provide an
Italian/Mediterranean feel. As the menu will tell you, locals and visiting
‘star’ types congregate here for West Coast fare from the open kitchen and the
wood-fired grill, oven, and rotisserie. It’s a menu that changes seasonally, but
popular mains - pizza with duck confit and sun-dried tomatoes and the parma
prosciutto pizza with, roasted garlic, asparagus and fontina - are standard
mainstays.
Restaurant Director, Edwyn Kumar directs his service team to produce a culinary
stage performance. Housed in the private dining room, CinCin's wine collection
is deep and global with rare vintages, boutique finds, and an extensive half
bottle selection.
