Take a bike ride ride around Stanley Park. I rented from Spokes on West Georgia Street. The rental was only around $9. If you visit Vancouver and the weather is even okay, take this bike ride all the way around Stanley Park. (Getting around Stanley Park in Vancouver BC ).
It's an easy walk up to the lido & Stanley Park & down to the ferry for Granville Market. Easy to get to Robson St for shopping or bike hire.
The restaurant serves what I feel are the best blueberry pancakes.
I'd skip breakfast at the hotel, though. Denman
offers a lot more and better choices.
