There was a great grocery store, called Market Place not that far away for provisions. Not that far from Canada Place for cruise ship departures and all other shops etc within easy distance. Stanley Park was quite a way away but we still walked there.
The location of the hotel is perfect, just on the outskirts of Yaletown and walk able to all the sights in Vancouver as well as having lots of trendy bars / restaurants within 5-10 min walk.
Downstairs, off the reception area, is Rosie's restaurant. The food was good,
the service cheerful, friendly and efficient and the prices reasonable and we
ate there several times.
The location is very good for anyone attending an event at GM Place, BC Place
There is a small store just
outside the hotel which sells just about everything you may need, and also a
7/11 across the road.
