Fitness center is nicely equipped with top notch equipment. Please go to "TOJO'S" for sushi, the best !!if you ask to seat @the sushi counter, the chef will do a menu for you, he and sous chefs will send incredible dish until you tell them to stop. we had may be 10 courses with sake wine served in bamboo for around $150 per pers., a bargain for a life long memories:) did spend 1 year working in Japan having incredible culinary experiences, and Tojo's was one of the best The location was great and easy walk to the main shopping area on Robson street, also many restaurants and also the hotel is located on the waterfront which gave some good views and was only a few minutes walk to ferry, train and bus station. The immediate vicinity around the hotel might be mostly office buildings, but
in just a few minutes, you can be in a completely different area. One night, we
walked into Gastown and found several great restaurants to choose from. Another
night we walked along the waterfront path to the West End for yet another great
meal. During the day, we were minutes from the Art Gallery and Robson Street and
a slightly longer walk to Yaletown. From there, we took the walking path from
the Marina to the end of False Creek and were able to take the Sky Train just
across from Science World directly back to the hotel. |
