The location is great, as it is just past the congested city center, parking
is simple, with elevator access directly from garage to room floor, which is so
convenient when dragging luggage. The restaurant serves the best egg-white
omelets in N. America and there is a comfortable lounge directly next door.
Close to Stadiums! This was our 2nd
stay at The Georgian Court. It’s a charming older hotel within walking distance
of both BC Place and GM Place.
We will continue to stay at the Georgian Court when we travel to
Vancouver for games!
Don’t miss breakfast downstairs at The Bistro. It’s
excellent!
Great Location for staying in Vancouver to watch Canuck and Lions games. Also
concerts are easy access as well. The hotel is right across the street from both
venues.
Robson Street, China Town and Yale Town are all within
easy walking distance and there is also a sky train station within a few minutes
walk.
If you get the $9.00
all day pass, you can use the SkyTrain and busses to get everywhere including
the Aquarium and Stanley park. Skytrain goes to the biggest mall in town. The
Skytrain is about 2-3 blocks away.
Robson street with all the cool shopping is one block away. There is a Starbucks
on every block, not kidding. sometimes 2 on a corner.
Got a great haircut at Suki's for $50 bucks, beats a cut in CA. :)
First off, the Hotel Location is very good. It was an easy walk to Yaletown, Robson
Street, Gastown, China Town, and stations for the light rail and the Aquabus. We
had a car, but never used it. A car would only be needed for Stanley Park or the
attractions off of the downtown peninsula.
