The room was a lovely size, with a kitchen/living area separate to the bedroom,
which was very handy with four girls travelling a great bonus. Laundry
facilities are excellent, pool was really nice to have a swim. The staff could
not do enough for us. highly recommend.

This is a great hotel. It is right in the middle of everything in downtown
Vancouver. It was a great "home base" from which to go sightseeing during the
day, and then to come home to get ready to experience the night life in the
evening. Very close to the art gallery, shopping, bars/clubs, and restaurants.
The room I stayed in was very comfortable with separate living and bed rooms and
a kitchenette in between. The views were spectacular (I was on the 17th floor).
During my 3 day stay, I always felt "at home" when coming back to the room after
a long day.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me plan my
sightseeing around town both with transportation and tips on where to go and
where not to.
Overall, this hotel helped to make my first trip to Vancouver a great one. I
recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be in the heart of it all, who still
wants the comforts of home!

The Rosedale on Robson Hotel has a lot going for it including its location in
downtown Vancouver and its reputation with Travel Agents. I found it to be
clean, adequately roomy and serviced by friendly and helpful staff. Almost
without exception the staff at the front counter have good knowledge of local
facilities, entertainment and advice on what to see and where to go. The
restaurant and bar of the Hotel is popular and provided large meals at
competitive prices. If the menu wasn't to your liking then there are many, many
options a short walk away - particularly in nearby Yaletown. As you would expect
for the price, rooms are cleaned on a daily basis along with fresh sheets and
towels - love that part of Hotel accommodation!
You may be able to find cheaper but if you were looking for a safe, reliable
option then this is a good place to stay.

I highly recommend the Rosedale for anyone looking for a suite or even a normal
hotel room. The location is great and rooms were clean and lobby was quite big,
there is a restaurant/bar downstairs that you could buy off=sales liquor and
served pub food along with a daily breakfast buffet. There were lots of firemen
and policemen staying at the hotel as Vancouver was hosting the World
Firefighter and Police games. This place is a great location and decent value.
No real thrills but the staff is friendly and close to everything

Location is great, service was excellent, however the interior is sadly dated
and in need of a refresh. The first room I was booked in smelled strongly of
smoke, so if you are sensitive be sure to request a room on a floor that has
always been non-smoking. Kitchenette may be useful to families, not particularly
useful for a business traveler. For the money, there are better options in
Vancouver.

Based on the reviews on TA, we decided stayed at the Rosedale as the location
seemed ideal as a base and we got a great corporate rate. We had a one-bedroom
deluxe with a king bed in a separate bedroom along with a queen sofa pullout in
the living room. Each room had a television with lots of channels, a small
kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, oven top and coffee maker.
The Rosedale was in the perfect location for us to do all of our sightseeing...
it's on the corner of Hamilton St and Robson St, at the east end of Robson. It
was more quiet as we were a few blocks away from all of the hustle and bustle of
central Robson but still only about a 5 minute walk from everything. If you head
down Hamilton St., you will end up in the very chic area of Yaletown with lots
of very cool restaurants, shops and bars/clubs.

This is a hotel that understands overseas tourists - and I'm sure locals as
well! We stayed here three times during our 4 week stay in Canada. Arriving via
Japan early in the morning and were welcomed and given our room key. We returned
twice. The rooms are more than adequate and we loved Rosies where we joined the
locals in their support for the Canucks. We would return there any time.
