From the “G” forces of the Inverter to the disorienting whirlwind motion of the Twin Flip, there is something for every thrill seeker. The PNE has assembled some of the most talked about rides on the midway today!

GAMES
Playland has a variety of exciting skill-testing games suitable for the entire family! From the fast and furious pingball style game of Derby Downs to the popular Water Racer, the Playland midway is pure excitement and fun!

The Electric City Arcade in Playland also has a large variety of equipment for entertainment including the newest video games like Dance Dance Revolution as well as some of your old favourites. In addition, you can test your talent with classic Crane Games filled with toys, stuffed animals, watches and more!
 
FOOD
Experience the flavours of the world!
The Fair at the PNE celebrates diverse cuisine from countries around the world. The tantalizing array of international and local cuisine promises to cater to virtually every taste. With such an extensive food selection, visitors can choose anything from a light snack to a fine dining experience. Just don’t forget to save room for our traditional Fair favourites like cotton candy, candy apples and mini donuts!
 
AGRICULTURE
The PNE has been a proud supporter of agricultural programs at the Fair for the past 97 years!

4-H Festival
The PNE is proud to host the annual 4-H Festival at the Fair, which welcomes over 600 participants to compete and have fun over their five day stay. The PNE 4-H Festival include such shows as Beef, Horse, Rabbits, Dogs, Dairy, Goats, Llamas, Pigs, Sheep and Clothing. The participants and their animals fill the barns during these days and is a great opportunity to experience the excitement of BC's youth in agriculture.
 
Red Robinson's Talent Showdown
Red Robinson's Talent Showdown is a province-wide talent search. Formerly known as Star Discovery, the competition has helped discover some of B.C.'s best talent such as Grammy-nominated singer Michael Bublé.

Hosted by Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame DJ Red Robinson, the competition will showcase the hottest performers from around the province, all vying for the $10,000 grand prize.
 
Summer Night Concert Series
Concerts are performed at the Global BC Amphitheatre, an outdoor stage. With festival style seating is available on a first come basis The Summer Night Concert Series is one of the 800 shows included free with purchase of a Fair Gate Admission Pass.
